ALL alumni, sec 4 and sec 3 leaders
As per yesterday's discussion:
for those who are still blur- alumni together with sec 3 and 4 leaders will have a training day with the WHOLE company. First 1-2 hrs, recalling/training time for all alumni, sec3 and sec 4. Then, sec 3 take over for training for the rest of the day. Melissa was told to confirmed a date with the new guider.
The new guider will be available for the first week of december(next week). So,
1. i dont know whether ms soh will see this but have to confirm with ms soh again whether we should go ahead- SIEW HOON
2. if its a yes, get permission from the new guider-MELISSA
3. set a date- SIEW HOON, MADELINE and MELISSA are to make sure respective leaders reply
4. do something about the attendance-sec3
NOW, 1. indicate the avail date at the tagboard on seeing - we will go with the majority 2. people in red above, get the things done by FRIDAY(30 nov 2007) except 3. which is by tonight 3. ALL get back to me by FRIDAY 4. sec 3, check your mail also

Shall we set a rule here?
All alumni members, current top 4 and of course future batches, pls post in here or guides blog when there are any activites (regardless of big or small) or any updates, be it in school or any gatherings. This is to allow graduates/ alumni to know the happenings in the company. It appears that most are not inform of whatever that is happening.

FUN TIME
yoohoo people! holidays have started and o's are almost over so it's party time! (: well, this may be for sec ppl only but still, it's also good for all to take a break heh. so, im here to annouce that th chalet that has been proposed long ago is finally confirmed!
venue: costa sands pasir ris date: 17 dec to 19 dec
though it's a pretty small area there but i believe it's gonna be real fun if all of us turn up for it. do update your batch ic so that we can confirm the numbers alright? the details on timings, programme or money matter will be confirmed at a later date. thanks! (:
