for those who are still blur- alumni together with sec 3 and 4 leaders will have a training day with the WHOLE company. First 1-2 hrs, recalling/training time for all alumni, sec3 and sec 4. Then, sec 3 take over for training for the rest of the day. Melissa was told to confirmed a date with the new guider.
The new guider will be available for the first week of december(next week). So,
1. i dont know whether ms soh will see this but have to confirm with ms soh again whether we should go ahead- SIEW HOON
2. if its a yes, get permission from the new guider-MELISSA
3. set a date- SIEW HOON, MADELINE and MELISSA are to make sure respective leaders reply
4. do something about the attendance-sec3
