2 days of activities filled with sweat, effort and hard work which results in lectures from seniors. Many of you might think that it is very ridiculous on the senior's part but soon, maybe in a few months time, 1 year or 2 year, you will realise that YOU will be the one saying the same things to your juiniors.
Mistakes can only be rectified after being recognised. So, hope that all of you have learnt from these 2 days, especially the leaders and leaders to be. Individual effort is mild, teamwork is strong. Leaders need the rest for support and the rest need leaders to direct. Each have a part to play. No one is redundant.
Uniform group is all about teamwork, discipline, sacrifice and initiative. Do what you are told, ask when in doubt, question when back by reason but of course in a respectful way. Be prepared for any events and unexpected happenings. When errors occur, dare to admit and try to solve.
